- AC equipment inspection and cleaning
- Reflective roof coating for manufactured homes
To participate in the AEWX Program, customers must:
- Be a current Austin Energy customer
- Have a home, or rent a home that is valued at less than $300,000 (excluding land)
- Have a home that is less than 2,500 square feet
Program eligibility is determined by the following criteria:
Customer Assistance Program (CAP) - A person in the household is participating in one of the following programs:
- Medicaid
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
- Telephone Lifeline Program
- Travis County Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP)
- Medical Access Program (MAP)
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
